  • The buyer agrees that the buyer is liable for any duties and taxes that might be applicable on the purchase as mentioned above and such charges shall be payable in addition to the price of the artwork.
  • The information provided during registration or amended at the time of finalizing a purchase shall be the final billing address and shipping address for delivery of the artworks.
  • All artworks made available for sale on the website will be sold at the price listed and no discounts will be granted to the buyer
  • We update our website as soon as a piece is sold, however there may be an occasional lag in the process. Please send in your enquiry at info.gnaniarts@gmail.com if you need any more information if such a situation arises. Our team will immediately attend to your queries and assist you
  • Placing an order on www.gnaniarts.com constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of the purchase. Unless rescinded/cancelled by Gnani Arts Gallery within 2 working days on account of a default by the seller or any prior or continuing breach by the buyer, such acceptance results in an enforceable contact of sale. The contract of sale is between Gnani Arts Gallery (acting as the agent of the Seller) and the buyer.
  • Bank transfers and In person payment options – Once an order is placed on www.gnaniarts.com the buyer is required to make payment for the price of the artwork as well as the charges referred to above within 7 working days from the date of placing the order. In the event that Gnani Arts does not receive payment within 7 working days it reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice to the buyer.
  • All foreign currency exchange rates for the purchase are made based on the forex rate prevailing on the day of confirmation of order. The prices for individual artworks have been ’rounded off’ for ease of reference and do not necessarily reflect the exact exchange rate that will be used for calculation of the invoiced price.

We would credit your account, from which the payment was made, within 7 days after approval of your refund request.
  • Print – Gnani Arts checks every print to ensure it closely resembles the online image. However, due to digital printing, there can be small variations that are beyond our control. Therefore, we do not accept return for prints for image differences. Returns would be accepted for damaged products at the time of delivery. Please notify the courier company at the time of delivery (this is very important in order for us to process the refund), immediately get in touch with us and send picture of the damaged product.

We ensure our clients are 100% sure of their choices before making a purchase, by speaking to them and providing detailed information about the art piece(s). Since our collection comprises mostly of unique pieces, and shipping is complex because the artworks are fragile or heavy
