Bio

Rajendra, a Mumbai-based art-writer and cultural organiser, is the President of The Bombay Art Society, Editor of the quarterly art magazine ‘Indian Contemporary Art Journal’ and the Founder Director of the ‘India Art Festival’, a contemporary art fair. He has written extensively on contemporary art and had contributed to Kalabhavan, Santiniketan’s Nandan, Metropolis, Every Tuesday, Art India, Creative Mind and Art & Deal, among other magazines and newspapers. He has edited the Bombay Art Society’s Art Journal since 2004 till 2009; He has been on the managing committee of the Bombay Art Society for the last fifteen years and has also served on the management committee of Artist’s Centre, Mumbai.
